In summer 1999, a group of Chinese families from Hudson Valley got together and discussed how to set up a Chinese language school to promote Chinese culture among our community. The thought was realized by our dedicated parents, led by Ms. Ji Junmei, and Mid-Hudson HuaXia Chinese School opened its doors in September 1999, in Ketchum High School in Wappingers Falls, NY.
